Not sure if you can today, but when I was on Active duty you could, a very good friend of mine was.

I don’t see why not. SEALS do that sort of thing all the time. I imagined the Army would need the same operational skill set because they never know what a particular situation will call for.

Yes, an SF guy can be both MFF (HALO) qualified and Combat Diver qualified. HOWEVER, it’s rare. Most SF guys spend their entire careers trying to get just ONE of these schools.
Unless you’re attached to a MFF team or SCUBA team in the SF group, chances are slim you’d get a slot to either school. Guys that have both have typically been on assignments that required both or they were fortunate enough to be on a MFF and SCUBA ODA.
I’d worry more about actually making it through SFAS and becoming an SF soldier before worrying about the cool guy badges.
